Art Simpson
Art is the Sales Manager for the Commercial Division.  He is a long-time resident of Charles County and has 25 years of retail marketing experience.  He has been a licesned Realtor since 1982 and associated with Baldus Real Estate since 1985.  In 1997, he was appointed Lot Sales and Project Development Specialist and in 2002 he took on the position of Sales Manager for the Residential Division in Waldorf. 

Jake Grier
Jake graduated from High Point University in 2007 with a degree in Finance and a Minor in Economics. While in college, Jake worked at Baldus during his summer and winter breaks. After college, he moved back to Southern Maryland to help with the family business.  Jake is a licensed Appraisal Trainee and also sits on the membership board at the Charles County Chamber of Commerce.  He also volunteers for Hospice. 

Bill Jenkins
Bill received his Real Estate license in 1992 and has been with Baldus the entire time.  He specializes in land and commercial properties.  He is a member of the Indian Head Naval Alliance Board of Directors, St. Joseph’s Church, and was a past President of Charles County Cancer Society.  Bill was also the “Jaycee of the Year”.  He is semi-retired and helps family, friends, and a few loyal customers with all of their commercial real estate needs. 

Ray Curtis
Ray has been working in Commercial Real Estate since 2003.  He is a Full-Time agent and handles the entire Tri-County area.  He specializes in the sales and leasing of Flex warehouses, office spaces and land sales.  Before coming into real estate, Ray worked at his family business, Curtis Propeller Service for 30 years.  His wife Cris Curtis is a full time, top producing agent with Baldus Real Estate’s Residential Division.

Joseph Lacey
Joe has been in Real Estate since 2005. His specialty is working with all different types of investors.  As a former CPA with over 30 years of experience he brings an extensive background in accounting and income taxes.  He is a member of the Charles County Chamber of Commerce, National Association of Realtors, Maryland Association of Realtors, and Southern Maryland Association of Realtors.  He has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Debra Settle
Debra has been in Real Estate since 1996.  She has been with Baldus Real Estate for all 12. She is a life-long resident of Southern Maryland where she has raised her two children.  She specializes in Listing and Sales of both residential and commercial properties.

Allen Buntin
Allen has lived in the Southern Maryland area for the past 10 years and has been involved in commercial contracting for the past 30-years.    Allen  uses his commercial construction knowledge and experiences to provide outstanding customer service to all of his clients and customers.  Helping clients find the right property is his top priority. 

Raleigh Milton
Raleigh has lived in Southern Maryland for over 40 years. He is very familiar with local communities and well-networked in Charles, St. Mary’s and Calvert Counties. He was previously CEO and President of Milton Reporting Company, Inc. and recently retired as an Official Reporter of Debates at the U.S. Senate. With his experience and knowledge of Southern Maryland, he can professionally server both your residential and commercial real estate needs with exceptional results.

Joe Wustner
Joe began his real estate career by receiving Baldus’ Rookie of the Year Award in 1996 for settlements exceeding $1.9 Million. He was Baldus’ Top Producer of the Year in 1998 with settlements exceeding $8.1 Million and again in 2000 for settlements exceeding $9.8 Million. Joe is not afraid to tackle any job, big or small. He is comfortable with corporate executives as well as the small businessman. He is a competitor that wants to win the game. He is both intelligent and street smart.
