Art Simpson
Art is the Sales Manager for the Commercial Division. He is a long-time resident of Charles County and has 25 years of retail marketing experience. He has been a licesned Realtor since 1982 and associated with Baldus Real Estate since 1985. In 1997, he was appointed Lot Sales and Project Development Specialist and in 2002 he took on the position of Sales Manager for the Residential Division in Waldorf.

Jake Grier
Jake graduated from High Point University in 2007 with a degree in Finance and a Minor in Economics. While in college, Jake worked at Baldus during his summer and winter breaks. After college, he moved back to Southern Maryland to help with the family business. Jake is a licensed Appraisal Trainee and also sits on the membership board at the Charles County Chamber of Commerce. He also volunteers for Hospice.

Charlie Gardiner
Charlie has been working in real estate since 2003. He specializes in the sale of transferable development rights (TDRs), Forestation Conservation Easements, large land development and the commercial sales of shopping centers, office buildings, warehouses and warehouse complex. He recently earned the Top Deal Makers Most Dynamic and Successful Business Person in Commercial Real Estate award.

Bill Jenkins
Bill received his Real Estate license in 1992 and has been with Baldus the entire time. He specializes in land and commercial properties. He is a member of the Indian Head Naval Alliance Board of Directors, St. Joseph’s Church, and was a past President of Charles County Cancer Society. Bill was also the “Jaycee of the Year”. He is semi-retired and helps family, friends, and a few loyal customers with all of their commercial real estate needs.

Ray Curtis
Ray has been working in Commercial Real Estate since 2003. He is a Full-Time agent and handles the entire Tri-County area. He specializes in the sales and leasing of Flex warehouses, office spaces and land sales. Before coming into real estate, Ray worked at his family business, Curtis Propeller Service for 30 years. His wife Cris Curtis is a full time, top producing agent with Baldus Real Estate’s Residential Division.

Hillen Morgan
Hillen has been with Baldus Real Estate since 1977. He is a full time agent who specializes in building lots, raw land and farms. He is a life long resident of Charles County. His daughter, Samantha Knott, is a full time agent with Baldus Real Estate’s Residential Division. |

Bob Johnston
Bob has been with Baldus Real Estate since 1982 and a Top Producer for all of them. He managed the Waldorf Office for ten years, overseeing both the Residential and Commercial Divisions. Fifteen years ago he put together a Top Flight, Number one Team, which he calls his “A Team”. Sandy has been a full time agent since 1986 and with Baldus Real Estate since 1992. She is a Real Estate Associate Broker Professional. She is experienced with Commercial and Residential Real Estate. Joseph Lacey
Joe has been in Real Estate since 2005. His specialty is working with all different types of investors. As a former CPA with over 30 years of experience he brings an extensive background in accounting and income taxes. He is a member of the Charles County Chamber of Commerce, National Association of Realtors, Maryland Association of Realtors, and Southern Maryland Association of Realtors. He has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
